Deposits

Ukrbentoprom is proud of its bentonite clay deposits located in the Cherkasy region. The history of our deposits dates back to 1953, when the first bentonite clay deposit was discovered. Since then, we have been developing steadily, using our raw materials to create high quality products.

In 1980, we launched the Dashukivka clay processing plant, which enabled us to significantly increase production and improve the quality of our products.

Over the decades, we have achieved steady growth, which has enabled us to become the market leader in bentonite production in Ukraine and the entire region. Our success is based on continuously updating our technology, doing our best to meet our clients’ needs and strictly complying with laws and regulations. In 2021, we successfully extended the validity of our special mining permit and updated all permits.

Our fields have more than 48 million tonnes of raw material reserves. This large volume ensures reliable and stable supplies for our customers for many years to come.

Our mining licence is valid until 23 April 2036, which guarantees uninterrupted operations and the supply of high-quality bentonite to our customers.
