1. Modern methods and technologies are used to extract bentonite from the Dashukivske deposit. Bentonite is extracted from the surface using a process called backfilling, in which reclamation is carried out by filling pits with soil from subsequent pits during mining operations.
3. Drying process The extracted bentonite clay typically contains 25 to 35% moisture and must be dried to 5-12%. This is achieved with a rotary drum dryer.
5. Packaging and storage: After processing and activation, bentonite is packaged according to customer requirements. It can be packed in bags, big bags or other containers.
